Rail

Situated on the fast London - Brighton line, the town has excellent rail links to many parts of the country. It is a highly desirable location for those wishing to live away from the city yet with fast and easy access to the capital.

Airports

Gatwick Airport is roughly fifteen miles north of the town, or one stop on the fast train! Heathrow airport can be reached in about an hour, dependent on the M25!! Coaches go from Gatwick to many other places.
Luton Airport is easily accessed by fast train, using the Thameslink service from Haywards Heath station.

Leisure

Haywards Heath has a leisure centre, The Dolphins,  which incorporates both swimming and diving pools and many fitness centres.

There are several golf courses around the town and a short drive takes you to the courses overlooking the sea.

The parks and open spaces in and around the town are well kept with the council taking a particular pride in its floral displays.

Football and cricket players are well served with many pitches available in and around the town.  Tennis players are also fortunate in the number of courts available for use.

For the fit, as the area is relatively hilly, there are many walks and bike rides which can be taken in and around this pretty area.

Shopping

Although small, most of life's needs can be met by Haywards Heath’s shops. There are many local parades around various parts of the town

There is a Shopping Mall, The Orchards, which includes a (mainly food) outlet of Marks and Spencer in the main shopping street, South Road. Many of the main UK retailers including W.H. Smith and Boots have branches in Haywards Heath.  Refreshingly, there are also a number of unusual independent retailers around the town. Haywards Heath, unlike so many towns today,  is not just a row of building societies, estate agents and banks!!

Eating Out

Possibly as a result of the large number of businesses in Haywards Heath and the large commuter population, the town boasts numerous good places in which to dine.

Accommodation

There are a number of hotels and guest houses in and around Haywards Heath.

Business Expansion

Many businesses have brought their operations into the town, there is still some space to rent.  Why not relocate and find first rate staff locally?

Residential Properties

A wide range of properties are available in and around Haywards Heath. The popularity of the town itself, due to the excellent rail links, makes the properties highly desirable. The starting prices are from about £80,000 for a flat.
